Candidate Position Objective:
Seeking a strong Facilities Coordinator /Project Manager to receive and manage intake work orders from QSR clients. Must have experience in commercial MEP, HVAC repairs, building envelope, lighting, landscaping, roofing, parking lot, and other miscellaneous building component repairs. This is a fast-paced environment that will require multitasking. and analytic problem-solving skills. PM needs to be a self-starter and engage clients, vendors and subcontractors in professional manner. Must be able to generate proposals, change orders, and cost estimates quickly. A strong candidate will be able to proficiently utilize a computer skillset to coordinate, document and invoice timely.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance work orders at client facilities.
- Ensure facility management policies and procedures are followed.
- Manage and coordinate facility projects, including renovations and repairs
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing for facility services.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective and timely services.
- Coordinate daily with clients to meet their facility-related needs.
- Maintain accurate records of project maintenance and service activities.
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of contract management principles for vendor negotiations
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics to understand facility layouts
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address maintenance issues effectively
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
