Job Description
  • Performing tasks like cleaning, lubricating, and replacing filters to prevent equipment failure.
  • Diagnosing and repairing issues with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Regularly checking equipment, and fire suppression systems for potential problems.
  • Suggesting maintenance program changes/improvements to extend equipment lifespan and minimize downtime.
  • Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations, company standards, and building codes.
  • Collaborating with contractors for outsourced repairs and monitoring/reporting need for supplies.
  • Perform problem solving, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
  • Removal of oil and watery oil by means of pumping and mopping.
  • Support and contribute to FCM Projects.
  • Work with TEF2 maintenance when the need arises to maintain production equipment.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in technical field is preferred.
  • Four years related experience and/or training; with experience in all phases of maintenance (ie: mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, etc.
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
