Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized INDUSTRIAL Facility Assistant Manager to help oversee the daily operations of an Office/ Test Lab /Garage facility.
Must have ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently. and meets the needs of its occupants.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the building, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors.
- Proven experience in Office/ Test Lab /Garage facilities or a similar role, in a commercial setting.
- Test Equipment support preferred
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to building operations, agreements, and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of the facility.
- Oversee office administration duties, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.

- Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
