Position Summary:
We are seeking a Family Law Associate with 2 to 5 years of experience handling family law matters within a law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all areas of family law and be able to handle both contentious and non-contentious matters for a wide range of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on all aspects of family law.
- Handle divorce cases, including complex financial disputes, property division, and spousal support.
- Draft and review marital agreements such as prenuptial, postnuptial, and cohabitation agreements.
- Represent clients in child custody matters, including paternity and visitation issues.
- Work closely with other team members to deliver high-quality client service.
- Contribute to the team’s visibility through business development, including writing articles or posts, attending conferences, and networking with private wealth advisors, intermediaries, and legal peers.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree with strong academic credentials.
- 2–5 years of relevant family law experience at a law firm.
- Active member of the California Bar in good standing.
- Excellent writing, drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Collaborative and proactive team player with a strong interest in growing the family law practice.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
