Family Nurse Practitioner

We are a well-established, patient-centered family medicine clinic in Bellevue dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate care to individuals and families across all ages. We value integrity, clinical excellence, and a genuine commitment to doing what’s best for our patients.

We are seeking an experienced and thoughtful Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our dedicated care team. The ideal candidate will be clinically strong, kind, and capable of independently managing a broad scope of primary care visits, with a focus on quality over quantity. You’ll work with a diverse patient population and help manage chronic and preventive health conditions while delivering personalized, evidence-based care. We offer a free schedule for our providers.

Duties

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including annual physicals, chronic disease management, and problem-focused visits.
• Manage common conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, ADHD, and thyroid disorders.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, order appropriate labs and diagnostics, and create individualized care plans.
• Build lasting relationships with patients by prioritizing their long-term health, not just frequent follow-up visits.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with support staff and uphold a team-oriented approach to care.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted WA State ARNP License with FNP certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in family medicine or primary care settings.
• Strong clinical knowledge in managing chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and ADHD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate and thoughtful approach to patient care.
• Ability to work independently with clinical confidence.

• We do not provide chronic pain or addiction management services.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $120,949.63 - $160,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
