Feed Mill Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Feed Mill Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our pellet mill.

What You'll Do
As a Feed Mill Maintenance Technician, you will:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of automated equipment, including screw conveyors, bucket belt elevators, drag conveyors, boilers, pellet mills, hammer mills, and VFD drives.
- Use your welding and fabrication skills, including proficiency with an oxy-acetylene torch.
- Follow and enhance preventive maintenance SOPs to maximize equipment uptime.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with a skilled team to ensure optimal mill performance.
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated individual who:
- Has 2+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field (preferred).
- Possesses strong welding and fabrication skills.
- Thrives in a physically active environment and can lift to 55 lbs.
- Demonstrates attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and basic math and computer proficiency.
- Communicates effectively and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Is eager to learn and grow professionally.
- Is willing to work 10-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment.
