Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that construction projects are completed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a solid understanding of construction processes. The Construction Coordinator will work closely with project manager, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure project timelines are met for several multi-family properties.
Duties
- Coordinate and oversee various aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using tools various scheduling tools.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure all project requirements are met, including compliance with contracts.
- Assist in construction estimating by providing accurate data for budgeting purposes.
- Monitor progress on construction sites and address any issues that arise promptly.
- Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project, including contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Maintain detailed records of project activities, timelines, and expenditures.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards on construction sites.
Skills
- Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating construction projects.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software.
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices and tools.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
