We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field & Event Marketing Specialist to help scale and amplify our presence at industry tradeshows, localized field events, virtual events, and integrated campaigns. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Field Marketing Manager to execute impactful experiences that drive brand awareness, generate net-new leads, support expansion opportunities, and contribute directly to pipeline growth. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments, working with sales, partners, engineering, leadership, and customers to deepen relationships and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Event Execution: Support the planning, promotion, and coordination of tradeshows, conferences, field events, and virtual programs.
- Workflow Management: Build seamless event workflows, including HubSpot campaigns, automated emails, reminders, and strong follow-ups, all in collaboration with technical marketing and sales leadership.
- Pipeline Generation: Partner with sales and partner teams to develop programs that foster relationships and drive qualified leads and opportunities.
- Vendor Management: Help manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless event execution.
- Creative Strategy: Contribute ideas to create differentiated, strategic event experiences that reflect the Zenity brand and connect directly with buyers.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in analyzing event and campaign data to evaluate ROI and identify areas for optimization.
- Cross-Functional Project Management: Drive coordination across the marketing team, including events, content, digital, product marketing, and design in order to ensure timely execution of deliverables and campaigns.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in event coordination/marketing specialist roles.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Experience working closely with sales and partner teams to support revenue goals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects for different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Artistically curious and creative, with the ability to communicate visual ideas to vendors to align with the Zenity brand.
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-moving organization.
- Proactive, self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to experiment and learn.
Salary Range: 70,000$- 100,000$ OTE
