We're currently seeking a hands-on, dependable Field Manager to help lead our team and ensure top-quality service in the field.
Position: Field Manager
Location: Field-based – Southlake, Keller, Trophy Club, and surrounding areas
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience + benefits + company vehicle
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of pest control technicians
- Oversee daily routing and scheduling of service calls
- Conduct quality control inspections and follow up with customers
- Train and mentor new team members
- Troubleshoot field issues and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Ensure team compliance with safety protocols and state regulations
- Represent Gann’s Pest Control with professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pest control (residential and/or commercial)
- Leadership or field management experience strongly preferred
- Valid Texas pest control license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time and tasks independently
- Knowledge of the Southlake/Keller/Trophy Club area is a plus
