Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Field Operations and Turnover Coordinator to support property operations by managing and overseeing a variety of maintenance, turnover, and seasonal project tasks. This role plays a critical part in ensuring unit turns, repairs, and display installations are completed efficiently, accurately, and to standard.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working both in the field and behind the scenes to keep projects moving forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed estimates for all painting requests, drywall repairs, and rental unit turnovers.
- Assist with invoice preparation and processing to ensure timely vendor payments and budget accuracy.
- Perform regular job site walk-throughs to verify work quality, progress, and adherence to company standards.
- Order and coordinate materials needed for vacant turns and repair projects, maintaining cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Partner with site teams to order seasonal displays and manage the scheduling and installation process.
- Maintain strong communication with vendors, onsite staff, and leadership to ensure clear expectations and timely execution of all assigned projects.
- Support additional operational tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in maintenance coordination, property operations, or construction-related estimating is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to evaluate scopes of work and provide accurate project estimates.
- Comfortable walking job sites and inspecting work quality.
- Proficient in communicating with vendors and property teams regarding project timelines, materials, and follow-ups.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between sites as necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
