Field Ratio Inspector
Purpose: As a Field Ratio Inspector you will monitor and inspect construction sites to ensure compliance to laws and regulations related to applicable licensing ratios, codes, and specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and monitor construction sites to ensure adherence to safety standards, licensing ratios, building codes, or specifications.
- Interpret all applicable state, city, or municipality regulations related to licensing and ratio regulations, and ensure adherence to those regulations.
- Provide a daily report to leadership around licensing compliance.
- Travel to construction sites.
Qualifications:
- General knowledge of construction materials related to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- General knowledge of licensing requirements related to the mechanical trades and associated regulations and ratios.
- Highly organized.
- Ability to implement solutions and guidance to maintain compliance.
- Ability to walk jobsite's and uneven terrain. Ability to climb stairs and ladders to reach work areas.
- Must be willing walk construction sites in all types of weather conditions
- Must have valid driver's license with no restrictions (MVR will be completed)
- Willing to complete and pass Drug Test and DOT Physical for driving purposes
