Summary
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales or business development, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans.
- Experience with account management and upselling techniques is preferred.
