Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician located in the Greater NY area. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair, troubleshooting, field service, customer service, and general maintenance tasks associated with beverage equipment.
Qualifications
- Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills
- Field Service and Customer Service skills
- General Maintenance skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical degree or certification in related field is a plus
- Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical components.
- Valid driver's license, with clear record.
- Must enjoy coffee, as taste testing is the final step in repairs and installs.
