Action Powersports is searching for a motivated Finance and Insurance(F&I) Manager to assist with closing deals, securing financing options, selling additional products/services and ensuring all paperwork compliance requirements are properly handled. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Powersports industry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers apply for credit
- Work with banks, credit unions, and captive lenders
- Structure finance deals within lender guidelines
- Present and explain value-added products like:
- Extended service plans
- Tire/wheel protection
- Maintenance packages
- Gap
- Ensure all contracts are complete and accurate
- Understand and comply with federal/state/local regulations which affect the new/used vehicle purchase and finance department (e.g., Truth in Lending, privacy laws)
- Build trust and transparency with buyers
- Clarify payment terms, rates, and optional products
- Help customers make informed decisions
- Maximize dealership profit per unit sold through finance reserve and product penetration
- Meet or exceed F&I performance targets Engage in business development and is a team player as we strive for referrals and repeat business
Qualifications / Skills:
- Multiple years of experience as an F&I Manager in a Franchise Dealership.
- Professional appearance and strong communications skills
- Accuracy in submitting deals for approval
- Excellent verbal/written communication
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of powersports products and lifestyle
- Ethical and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with digital forms and DMS software
- Team player
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 salary + commission (depending upon qualifications)
