$75,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Develop trusted relationships with individuals, families, and business owners
- Provide strategic guidance across areas such as life insurance, retirement, education planning, and wealth protection
- Analyze client needs and design tailored financial strategies
- Educate clients on a wide range of products including life insurance, annuities, and investment options
- Network, prospect, and engage your community to expand your client base
- Partner with mentors and support teams to grow your practice
- A self-motivated, goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, relatable ways
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, finance, or related fields is helpful—but not required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory)
- Fluency in additional languages is a strong plus
