Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Fine Dining Server to join our upscale team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of food and beverage service, with a commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep appreciation for culinary excellence. As a Fine Dining Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable moments for our patrons.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage offerings, including daily specials.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly, ensuring all requests are met with precision.
- Serve food and beverages in an attentive manner, adhering to fine dining etiquette and standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and maintain high standards of food presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables between guests.
- Assist in training new staff members on service techniques and restaurant policies as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with bartending and beverage service is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management or food service management will be advantageous.
- A background in the food industry or food production can enhance your candidacy for this role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members alike.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
