Job Summary
Profile Cabinet Design has an opening for a Finishing Department Supervisor. Finishing experience is required. A positive attitude and managerial experience in a production setting is a must. Drug testing is required of all prospective employees. Please submit your resume by responding to this ad.
Job Requirements:
- HS Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 5+ years management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated finish shop skills with fine attention to detail
- Ability to lead and mentor others, exhibit energy and set examples of empathy, ownership and urgency
- Practical thinker with analytical reasoning and effective problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with ability to learn new software as needed
- Ability to wear required PPE and stand for long periods of time in a dusty environment
- Must be able to walk the length of the shop floor.
