We're Seeking:
- Local Talent: Candidates based in the Midland/Odessa area.
- Field Experience: Background in oil field production and heater treaters (preferred). Knowledge around hand tools and navigating to different oil sites through the area.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record required.

What We Offer:
- Full-time Position: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour.
- Consistent Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends.
- Health Benefits: 50% paid health insurance after 60 days.
- Time Off: 3 weeks PTO accruing after 90 days.
- Retirement Plan: 401K enrollment after the first year.
- Additional Benefits: Dental, health, and vision insurance.
