Responsibilities

- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging merchandise effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Supervise junior staff as needed, ensuring adherence to store policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, utilizing strong phone etiquette when necessary.
- Perform basic retail math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or grocery store environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.

- Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus for managing transactions accurately.
