Ability to have fun while making Sandwiches and Salad dishes. Fairly simple work environment. We don't have Fryers to clean, Grills or Griddles to scrub, no Hoods to clean....so none of that other grunt work you find in other restaurant environments....simple. Just Meat, Cheese and Bread.
