We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee our fleet operations. The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and managing all aspects of fleet and commercial vehicle sales operations. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with business clients, government accounts, and commercial buyers while ensuring timely vehicle delivery, contract compliance, and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and cultivate new fleet and commercial accounts
- Meet monthly and annual fleet sales goals
- Negotiate fleet pricing, incentives, and delivery schedules
- Present and sell vehicle upfit solutions (e.g., work trucks, vans)
Account Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for business clients
- Manage lease and purchase agreements
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for fleet deals
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate service scheduling
Inventory & Logistics
- Collaborate with inventory manager to secure fleet vehicles
- Track vehicle deliveries, upfitting status, and delivery timelines
- Ensure all fleet vehicles meet customer specifications and brand standards
Collaboration & Reporting
- Coordinate with F&I, service, and accounting teams
- Maintain CRM records and submit monthly sales reports
- Monitor OEM fleet program eligibility and updates
- Meet monthly and annual fleet sales goals
- Negotiate fleet pricing, incentives, and delivery schedules
- Present and sell vehicle upfit solutions (e.g., work trucks, vans)
