We are looking for a competitive sales associate for one of our 3 Flooring stores in the OKC Metro.
We are willing to train you in the flooring industry. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, person with a positive attitude that is willing to learn. Must have a tenacious interest in customer success and the desire to sell.
We are looking for people who are competitive by nature and want to close every prospect they come in contact with all the while not making the customer feel like you are the stereotypical car salesperson (no offense to car sales people. They are good at way they do as well).
While prospects will come through digital marketing, repeats and referrals, you will be responsible for creating new leads through social media, facebook marketplace, attending mix and mingles (networking events), cold calling, etc.
We like those who have been in sales or service industries such as waiters, bar tenders, retail sales, insurance agents, etc as well as those who have been in commission sales roles such as door to door sales people.

Hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM M-F and Saturday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM , with the possibility of an off-day rotation to make it a 5-day week. To start you will have a shift of 44.5 hours a week.

Pay: $36,000 to $41,500 base to start plus bonus that can easily achieve $50k in the first year and above that in year 2.
