Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team, excellent job for a retired person. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting flower to various locations while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to manage routes efficiently, and a commitment to safety.
Duties
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, mini vans, while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Load and unload goods from the vehicle, ensuring items are secured and protected during transit.
- Navigate assigned routes effectively, making timely deliveries while maintaining communication with dispatch.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a courier role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is advantageous.
- Excellent job for a retired person who is in good shape
- Knowledge of route driving techniques and navigation systems is beneficial.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $13.50 per hour
