Summary and Attributes:
Food & Beverage Supervisors oversees the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness. This role involves supervising team members, managing inventory, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a premier guest experience
- Supervise and lead kitchen operations during events
- Coach and lead team members in all kitchen positions
- Ensure a safe work environment for team members
- Open or close food & beverage locations
- Enforce and uphold food safety and food handling procedures
- Manage and report inventory levels and waste
- Operate cooking equipment (grill, fryer, ovens, hot dog roller, popcorn machine) and POS system
- Troubleshoot equipment
- Enforce company policies
- Ensure clean workstations
- Assist F&B leadership with deliveries, organization, and weekly cleaning
- Implement and enforce new procedures
- Effectively handle and document emergency situations
- Work shifts as a cook, sales associate, and a food runner.
Education and Experience:
- High school graduate
- Serve safe certification preferred
- Minimum of two years’ experience in food & beverage
- Two years’ experience leading a team
- Knowledge of food safety and food handling procedures
- Experience in sports is a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task projects in varying priority
- Have strong problem-solving abilities with quick decision making
- Flexible availability; must be willing and able to work nights and weekends. Hours per week vary depending on events
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Possess a valid Georgia driver’s license
- Ability to work independently while exercising good judgment
- Maintain a positive customer service mindset during events, particularly under stressful conditions
- Maintain professional work ethic and demeanor
- Ability to analyze and comprehend logistics

Work Environment:
- Regular attendance is a necessary job function required for this position. Weekend and evening work will be required.
- Active indoor and outdoor Food & Beverage locations are subject to various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity
- Ability to regularly lift 30-pound objects (boxes, drinks, equipment, etc.)
- Walking and standing for long periods of time
