Responsibilities Include:
- Greet and assist all guests in a helpful and courteous manner.
- Required to follow all Fresno County Health Department sanitation standards.
- Maintain inventory on all products.
- Responsible for rotation of food in the refrigerated walk-in using first in- first-out method.
- Responsible for properly covering, storing, and labeling items returned to storage.
- Must keep hands clean and free of germs.
- Observe all food handling protocol, keeping area clean and sanitized.
- Responsible for maintaining an honest work environment, which includes reporting theft and dishonesty.
- Responsible for following all the Island Waterpark policies and procedures as outlined in park manuals.
- Comply with all the Island Waterpark dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform opening and closing duties as outlined by department Manager/Supervisor.
- Keep work area clean, stocked and well organized.
- Maintain food waste log and procedures involving “leftovers.”
Skills:
- Previous experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties.
- Attention to cleanliness and safety.
- Patience and customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- A high school diploma is a plus but not required.
General Qualifications:
- May be required to stand for long periods of time.
- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
- May be required to be exposed to direct sunlight and hot temperatures.
- Must be able to multitask and be flexible in a fast-pace environment.
- Must be able to work well with others.
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
