Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure guests' needs are met and that they are satisfied with their meals and service.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain knowledge of the restaurant's menu, specials, and ingredients.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and policies.
Skills:
- Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Basic culinary knowledge and familiarity with different types of cuisine
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or plates as needed
Hourly Rate: Base $14.70/hr plus tips
