Froggy’s Sandwiches is looking for a Full Time Assistant Manager to join our growing team!

Position: Full Time (35 - 45 hours per week)
Pay: Hourly - $19-$20 per hour + Bonuses*
(Pay reflects $16-$17 per scheduled hour along with tips and with a shared manager bonus incentive program*)

Requirements
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to clean deep fryer and hood vents
- Must be able to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment
Schedule Requirements
- Scheduled work week is Sunday- Thursday
- Scheduled days off are Fridays and Saturdays
- Must be able to work over 40 Hours per week when needed
- Must be able to work 5 days in a row and up to 7 days a week when needed
- Must be able to commit to working full shifts on Sundays and Mondays (Open to Close) due to the Store Manager being off
- Must be willing and able to arrive 30 minutes prior to the store opening when needed
- Must be able to open the store by 6am daily
- Must be able to stay until 4:30 when needed in order to close properly
- Must be able to cover shifts when needed if issues arise
Professional Requirements
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must be able to learn and efficiently work all 3 store positions (Front end, Kitchen Prep, and the Grill)
- Must be able to complete and pass the Servsafe Course
- Must be able to complete our sexual harassment training (Paid Training)
- Must be motivational and inspirational!
