Located in Seymour WI 15-20-minute drive from both Green Bay and Appleton
Position Open: Food Service Worker On Call $17.50
On call policy:
- On Call employees must pick up at least 1 shift per month. It will be your responsibility to call the Director to schedule hours.
- On Call employees will have to keep up with the in-services that are required by the facility.
- As an On Call employee, you will make every effort to attend staff meetings. These meeting times and dates are listed by the time clocks. Any other department meetings, you will be notified ahead of time from the Director. It will be your obligation to know when the meetings take place.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work with the facility's dietician/director as necessary and implement recommended changes as required.
2. Assure that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
3. Others as deemed necessary and appropriate, or as may be directed.
PERSONNEL FUNCTIONS
1. Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-department personnel, as well as with other departments within the facility to assure that food service can be properly maintained to meet the needs of the residents.
2. Create and maintain an atmosphere of respect, personal interest and positive emphasis.
STAFF DEVELOPMENT
1. Participate in and assist in departmental studies and projects as assigned or that may become necessary.
2. Attend and participate in workshops, seminars, etc., as directed.
Hours vary from 5:30-2:00, 3:30-7:00 pm
