JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.
JOB SUMMARY - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
Employee will be responsible for the following functions/duties:
- Performs duties as a Foreign Disclosure Representative (FDR) with administrative skills.
- Provides support to the Foreign Disclosure Officer with the administrative duties to include billet plan management, planning and executing customer visits, processing security requirements, document reviews for asset reliability determination, and track and record all customer release actions.
- Contributes to compiling, developing, analyzing, producing, and maintaining technical documentation and system/subsystem specifications.
- Performs Quality Control for all FDR documents.
- Serves as a liaison with customers at assigned levels.
- Proficient in operating personal computers, MS Office Suite, as well as Adobe Acrobat.
- Assist in the development of processes and product documentation to include providing quality assurance for work (documentation) created by system analysis as well as other customer representatives.
- Provides support to specialized technical groups/committees.
- Recommends improvements Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, and Performance Measurement processes.
- Performs other related duties and tasks as assigned.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Administrative and/or Military background a plus.
REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Associates degree or equivalent education or a minimum of two years related technical or business experience, one of which must have interfaced with quality control/quality assurance methodology.
In addition, a QA/PI Specialist I must possess the following qualifications:
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications required.
- Ability to learn and use other software applications is required.
SALARY
The expected salary range for this position is $68,640 to $72,800 annually.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Usually in a typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting (up to 30 pounds), constant sitting, significant use of computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning and organizing skills, and be able to work under deadlines. Occasional work performance in a field environment involving remote locations, warehouse environments, flight line environments, machining and manufacturing environments, and outdoor assignments. Ability to travel using various means of government or contractor transportation.
