Key Responsibilities ● Translate CEO vision into a clear 12–24 month operational growth plan. ● Create and implement a three-tier membership model with aligned à la carte pricing. ● Identify new service opportunities and evaluate ROI potential. ● Redesign pricing structures to maximize margin while increasing conversion and retention. ● Align insurance-covered and self-pay services for clear patient communication. ● Develop financial dashboards to track KPIs across revenue, profit, and retention. ● Negotiate improved terms with labs, peptide suppliers, device companies, and other vendors. ● Implement cost-control systems to reduce COGS without sacrificing quality. ● Build or refine SOPs for all key workflows: scheduling, intake, billing, and follow-up. ● Ensure Zenoti, QuickBooks, and other platforms are fully integrated for seamless reporting. ● Implement patient journey maps from first contact to long-term retention. ● Define clear roles, scorecards, and accountability systems for staff. ● Coach and mentor managers or team leads to take ownership of their KPIs. ● Lead weekly operations huddles to keep priorities on track. ● Prepare systems, staffing, and financial models for multi-location or service expansion. ● Evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, and investor opportunities. Qualifications ● 7+ years senior operations leadership, preferably in hybrid medical / aesthetics / wellness sectors. ● Proven success creating and implementing membership models and profitable pricing strategies. ● Strong vendor negotiation skills with a track record of reducing COGS and increasing margins. ● Deep understanding of both insurance billing and self-pay program structures. ● Experience integrating and optimizing platforms such as Zenoti, QuickBooks, and CRM tools. ● Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and hold teams accountab
