Job Overview
We are seeking a Front Counter Attendant to join our team and take on key administrative responsibilities in our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is a mature, responsible individual, customer-service oriented, with the ability to manage tasks independently and maintain a positive, professional demeanor. Being bi-lingual in English and Spanish will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience.
This role requires someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing paperwork, order processing, and light office coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Take and process orders for construction materials.
- Answer phones and provide product information.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Maintain an organized front counter and display area.
- Handle basic inventory checks and recordkeeping.
- Work with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accurate change is given.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative, retail, or clerical support role.
- Comfortable balancing and reconciling the cash drawer daily, prepare bank deposits, and maintain accurate cash records.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer skills for order entry and POS systems.
- A mature and professional attitude is highly valued.

Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–12:00 PM
