Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 2nd shift 3:00-11:00.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Skills
- Strong guest relations skills with a passion for hospitality.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Experience in hospitality management or previous front desk roles is preferred.
- Proficient in using phone systems and reservation software.
- Knowledge of resort services and local attractions is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
