Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
- Operate phone systems, answer calls, and transfer to appropriate departments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of phone systems and computer software applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of guest relations and hospitality management principles
