This is a part time position, Monday, Wednesday, Friday with the possibility of going full time in a few months.

Requirements:
At least 1+ years customer service experience
1+ years clinical works experience is a plus
Healthcare experience is a bonus
Proficient typing skills and computer knowledge
Ability to learn computer-based medical systems and protocols quickly
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual is a plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
Scheduling appointments, collecting payments, scanning paperwork
Answer inbound telephone calls to provide assistance to patients for multiple providers.
Communicates effectively with patients, providers, and coworkers.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
