We are looking for a dynamic Front Desk Physical Therapy Tech with a strong passion for the senior population to join our team! We are a therapist owned outpatient PT clinic who specializes in treating those 55 years and older, and offer 1 on 1 compassionate care for every patient, every visit.
Responsibilities
This is a multifaceted role that requires someone who can wear many hats, be flexible, and adapt to various challenges! Including:
- Assisting physical therapists and other staff with non-clinical tasks while caring for individuals
- Help keep treatment areas and the clinic organized and clean
- Make and answer phone calls and/or emails
- Updating patient charts and scanning documents
- Schedule patients, take co-payments, get patients started on warmups
- Manage modalities and other treatments as deemed appropriate
- Help oversee volunteer interns
- Complete laundry
- Replenish supplies/inventory
- And/or perform any other reasonable job duties as assigned
Requirements

- Friendly, out-going personality
- Excellent/effective interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
- Ability to work and thrive in a team environment
- Attention to details and ability to multi task
- Willingness to learn and ability to take direction from manager(s)
- Responsible, professional, and able to maintain patient confidentiality
- Honest and trustworthy
Preferences
- BLS certified
- Drive to continually learn and grow
- Work experience in the outpatient PT setting
