Luxe Sculpt Spa is now hiring! We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. We are a premier post-op care and body sculpting facility located in beautiful Newport Beach.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all customer information is accurately recorded.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments and services.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Handle customer requests and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform data entry tasks related to customer information and appointments using spa appointment management software.
- Assist with administrative duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and clerical tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with massage therapist to ensure seamless service delivery for customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as communication with diverse customers is essential.
- Proficient in office management practices and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism.
