You will be working next to a kitchen Designer.
Answer incoming telephone calls; determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel and department
Organizational skills and file office reports weekly
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance.
We offer a big opportunity this position can be converted into a Designer position.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
