We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our patients while managing administrative tasks that support our dental practice's operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients as they arrive and answer phones.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for the dental team.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of information.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist not required.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
