Seeking a bilingual high-energy full-time Receptionist!
*You must be bilingual (Spanish/English). No previous administrative experience necessary. We hire for personality and train for skills!
Pay is $18-22/hr (depending on experience). We are open Monday-Thursday until 7pm and Fridays until 5pm (no weekends), so some evenings are required. We are hiring two candidates for this role, so the schedule is adaptable right now, but it will likely be 4 days a week for 10 hours a day or 5 days a week for 8hours/day.
*Current staff of 16 is being flown to Cabo for all inclusive trip due to hitting clinic goals*

Duties include:
- Greeting Patients
- Answering Phones
- Checking Patients In and Out
- Processing Paperwork
- Developing relationships with patients and knowing their needs
- Interact with patients on the phone and through online messaging system
- Scheduling
- Other administrative duties
- Handle insurance questions
- Take Payments
- Patient Recalls
- Occasional off-site scheduling at events
