About Us:
The Brixton at Horseshoe Bay is a welcoming skilled nursing facility committed to comfort, care, and quality of life. We are looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist to join our front desk team and be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and callers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Greet visitors warmly and assist them directions
- Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area
- Perform basic clerical tasks (filing, copying, sorting mail, etc.)
- Provide general support to administrative and nursing staff as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in reception, office administration, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
