Job Summary:
As a Front of House (FOH) team member, you are the face of the restaurant. You will greet guests, manage seating, take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure our guests feel welcome and cared for at every stage of their visit.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with setting and resetting tables
- Handle payment transactions using POS systems
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
- Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism
- Assist in opening, closing, and shift change duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a FOH or customer service role preferred but not required
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

You’ll assist with food preparation, cooking, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
