Front of House Manager

Bocca Italian Eatery & Pizzeria is a scratch kitchen and wine-focused restaurant in Fayetteville, Arkansas, known for warm hospitality, elevated Italian fare, craft cocktails, and a team-first culture. We're looking for a passionate and experienced Front of House Manager to lead service and create memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead front-of-house operations during service
- Manage and train hosts, servers, and support staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle scheduling, conflict resolution, and team development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (upscale casual preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient in POS systems and basic operational tasks
- Passion for food, hospitality, and people
