About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as an Office Concierge. As a fast-paced and successful company with a wonderful staff, we prioritize professionalism and outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring our brokers are represented with the utmost care and respect.
The role includes managing various office operations, supporting our brokers and staff, handling confidential transactional documents, conducting data entry, and undertaking additional administrative tasks as necessary.
While experience in the real estate industry is a plus, it is not required for this position. Most importantly, we are looking for someone proactive, with a “can-do” attitude, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and demands.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Begin each day by ensuring the office is ready for action, including turning on lights, setting up conference room amenities like TVs and video streaming
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our workspace by tidying up, collecting trash and dishes, straightening chairs, opening blinds, and replenishing supplies like coffee, water, and snacks.
- Keep a pulse on incoming emails and voicemails, promptly responding or forwarding them to the appropriate personnel.
- Support the brokers that qualify for the concierge program by reviewing transactions, assisting with compliance documentation, processing closings, and making bank deposits.
- Help agents with transaction-related tasks, including addressing questions, and compiling daily activity reports.
- Keep inventory of all marketing materials for corresponding office
- Serve as a liaison between brokers and various departments, directing inquiries to the right channels for resolution.
- Handle administrative tasks like sending out holiday cards, preparing real estate reviews, and creating special feature cards for listings.
Ideal Experience, Skills, & Traits:
- Administrative experience required
- Strong computer proficiency required
- Data entry experience preferred
- Experience in real estate is preferred but not required
- Bachelor's preferred but not required
- High level of contractual work, attention to detail is critical
- Excellent organizational skills
- Driven, motivated, and a self-starter
- Excellent communication skills
- Works well independently
- Can work well in a small office
Benefits & Pay:
- Full-time Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Pay $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

This role requires alternating commutes between the Cherry Creek and Denver Tech Center offices.
