Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ministry minded front Office Coordinator that loves to be organized, improving processes, is a multi-tasker, and can have fun making the office run smoothly and efficiently!

Basic Skill Requirements:

• Proficient computer skills and use of MSOffice and Google platforms
• Basic working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Capable of quickly becoming proficient with other software platforms and web editing tools
• Presents a joyful, courteous, kind and helpful demeanor in person, in correspondence, and on the phone
• Capable of multitasking and maintaining a high level of organization of files, flyers, documents, emails, registrations, and electronic information
• Basic working knowledge of the bulk mailing process
• Basic working knowledge of office equipment use (copier, folder, FAX, laminator, binder, phones)
• Capable of giving facility tours
• Willingness to cross train in other departments

General Responsibilities:

• Monthly Mailing
• Process donations and donation thank you letters
• Interact with the public - Phone, Email, visitors, etc.
• Website maintenance (as trained)
• Assists those in need with camp registrations and payments
• Process Camperships (scholarships)
• Assist with deliveries and pick-ups
• Daily AP/AR entries
• Office Manager/Accountant support
• Support other staff’s office needs

• Partners with Canyonview in the share commitment to design and carry out ministry with a dependence on prayer and from the overflow of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Hours and Compensation: We are looking to fill this position immediately. The hours during summer season are 8AM to 4PM Mon - Fri. Off-season hours are from 9AM to 3PM Mon - Fri. Compensation includes uniform shirts, paid training, breakfast and lunch (when available) during the shifts you work. Hourly wage is $16 - $20 depending on experience. Oregon State Requirements: Complete a criminal background check and must be 18years or older. This is not a seasonal position.
