Premier Pain Management is opening a new brand new clinic in QUEEN CREEK. Premier Pain Management has had clinics in the East valley for 25 years.
Who we are: We are an established multidisciplinary chiropractic and medical pain and rehab clinic that seeks a Office Receptionist/Coordinator. We are looking for that special someone that loves working hard and helping others. Medical experience like insurance knowledge, scheduling and taking payments, and patient interaction is a plus.
Who we are looking for: Someone with the ability to be caring and giving to patients. Someone confident with a positive outgoing attitude. Someone very efficient by handling multiple tasks throughout the day. Someone who loves helping others while being a part of a team. You would be the first point of contact for all patients!
The ideal candidate will have:

- ability to clearly explain the purpose, mission, and offerings of our clinic.
Success in this role requires a friendly and outgoing personality, a desire to deliver an outstanding experience to our existing members and help us grow our patient base.
Essential Job Functions
- Greet and assist patients in completing required paperwork
- Educate patients on medical offerings and chiropractic services as recommended by our doctors
- Use a presumptive sales approach to encourage patients to follow and pay out of pocket costs for their treatment plans
- Process transactions using point of sale device
- Ensure all member records are current and accurate
The position can start with Tuesday through Saturdays (some half days) totaling up to 32 hours per week. In office care (Chiro/Med) for immediate family is included as well as health care items at cost. Also holiday pay at 90 days.
Hourly pay is based on experience and is negotiable for the right candidate.
