Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our single-provider team! Dr. Kim is a dentist that is board certified in orofacial pain. She also treats individuals with obstructive sleep apnea with the use of dental appliances. For more information about our practice, please visit www.renotmjsleep.com.
Hours
Part-time position (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) in Sparks. Hours are from 9 AM - 4 PM.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting and checking in patients
- Manage phone systems, answering calls promptly and directing inquiries as needed.
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain patient records and ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry to support office operations.
- Assist with back office duties
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with patients and referring providers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 21 per week
