The Frozen Warehouse Clerical Specialist is responsible for all incoming and outgoing shipments for inventory control, as well as reviews Label Line paperwork for inventory control. The Frozen Warehouse Clerical Specialist also performs a wide variety of clerical duties in the warehouse office. This position is located at Lakeside Foods Packaging Center.

What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for the bill of lading and other paperwork for all outgoing shipments, including interplants, stock orders, and warehouse transfers. Edits and verifies transactions.
- Prepare and scan to the Corporate Office the bills of lading for daily billing.
- Record list daily of orders that shipped.
- Record all frozen loads in and out of the Frozen Warehouse docks on log sheet.
- Work out speed letters. Receive and record on orders any necessary changes and reprint as needed.
- Enter purchase product grading and verify receipts.
- Enter finished product inventory adjustment completed at the Packaging Center as needed.
- Prepare batches for Frozen Packaging or Frozen Mixing.
- Copy orders daily for Frozen and print pick tickets for frozen and canned orders.
- Answer incoming calls.
- May perform other duties assigned by the Manager.
- Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures.
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED, preferred.
- One to three years' experience with general clerical duties and inventory control.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
- Basic math skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Safety mindset.
