Fulfillment Warehouse Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Warehouse Manager to oversee our logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient fulfillment processes, managing inventory control, and optimizing transportation planning. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of materials management, demand planning, and fleet management to drive profitability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting for order fulfillment.
• Develop and optimize SOPs to improve fulfillment efficiency and minimize order errors.
• Manage warehouse staff including leads, workers, and temps; handle scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure proper usage of Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory accuracy and order tracking.
• Coordinate with customer service, eCommerce platforms, and shipping partners to resolve order issues and customer concerns.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA standards).
• Support cost control efforts and assist in budget planning.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in order fulfillment, eCommerce, or 3PL.
• Proficient in WMS systems and basic Excel.
• Strong organizational and team management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English is a plus (depending on client base).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
