A warm and welcoming family in Decatur, GA 30030 is looking for an experienced and nurturing full-time nanny to care for their newborn beginning August 4th. The position is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, offering 40+ hours per week at $22/hr.
The family has one friendly dog, who is crated during the day and cared for by a dog walker. Occasionally, the nanny may be asked to let the dog out for a quick potty break.
One or both parents will occasionally be working from home, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable with that setup and able to maintain a calm and focused environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Bottle feedings, diaper changes, and soothing the baby
- Managing baby’s nap routine and maintaining the nursery
- Baby laundry and sanitizing bottles
- Planning age-appropriate developmental activities
- Tracking milestones
- Taking the baby on outings (e.g., music class, zoo, aquarium)
- Occasionally supervising the family’s 2.5-year-old
Requirements:
- Must have infant care experience
- Comfortable with dogs
