Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for many of our residential and commercial customers. You’ll help guide them through their garage door needs—from initial consultation to closing the sale—with professionalism, product knowledge, and a solutions-focused mindset. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage leads efficiently, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Generate and follow up on leads, including warm and cold calls
- Perform on-site consultations, accurately measure and evaluate garage door setups
- Create and present estimates using Service Titan software
- Close sales confidently with clear explanations of product options and service benefits
- Collaborate with technicians and office staff for seamless hand-offs and scheduling
- Update CRM, notes, and job statuses in real time using tablets/software
- Provide proactive follow-up, appointment confirmations, and service support
- Meet individual and team sales goals
Skills & Experience Required
- 2+ years of sales experience (garage door or home services industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—friendly, clear, and persuasive
- Comfortable working with tablets, Google Suite, and CRM tools
- Ability to read a situation and adjust your approach quickly
- Self-motivated and able to thrive with minimal supervision
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads at once
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
Bonus Points For:
- Garage door industry knowledge
- Previous experience using Service Titan or similar CRM/field service software
- Mechanical aptitude or a background working with trades
- Spanish speaking
Work Environment
- Fast-paced, customer-facing role
- You'll be on the go daily, visiting homes and businesses across the Front Range
- We are a goal-driven team—collaboration and accountability are key
- Must be comfortable working some weekends or after-hours when needed

Pay: $20.00 - $28.35 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
